Travel Make-up Bag

 

I recently made a colorful travel make-up bag for one of my cousins in California. It is a mix of an old project from my husband's side of the family (it is the quilted portion) and  I sowed it onto the crocheted portions I did.

                                                                        

The kind of yarn I used are smaller than what I usually prefer, but I am glad with how it turned out. It's definitely imperfect, but I love the colors to it.

The yarns I typically use are the on the thicker or chunky side, but I always try to learn new things when it comes to crochet.
